This is a full-time on-site role located in Kigali for a Chief Operating Officer. The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Bio Usawa, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability. The Chief Operating Officer will also be responsible for managing the financial performance of the company, directing business planning, and overseeing operations management.

• Strong business planning and analytical skills 
• Experience in operations management 
• Expertise in finance and budgeting 
• Ability to use data to drive decision-making and create effective strategies 
• Excellent leadership and team management skills 
• Master's degree in business administration is a plus 
• Experience in the biotechnology or life sciences industry is a plus
