Bio Usawa was honored to be received by Dr. Ivan Butera, Rwanda’s Minister of State for Health, this week to share updates on the company's progress and strategic priorities for 2026.

Kigali is home to Bio Usawa’s first manufacturing hub on the continent and we appreciate the Ministry of Health’s continued engagement as new capabilities take root in the country.

Honourable Dr. Butera reiterated that the Ministry stands ready to support and encouraged closer coordination through the appropriate government channels.
