Bio Usawa CEO & President, Dr. Menghis Bairu (R) and Dr. Patrick Lukulay (L) – the Chief Operating Officer.
Bio Usawa executives recently engaged with the Rwanda Ministry of Health (MoH), the Ministry of Education, and various stakeholders in a productive consultative meeting focused on advancing shared health priorities and strengthening collaboration across the healthcare ecosystem.
The discussions aligned closely with Rwanda’s 4x4 Reform—a national strategy to quadruple the country's healthcare workforce in four years—highlighting the importance of partnership, innovation, and coordinated action to accelerate progress toward equitable, resilient, and people-centered health services.

The consultative meeting brought together the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and other stakeholders.
We commend the Ministry of Health for fostering meaningful stakeholder engagement and creating a platform for dialogue, learning, and collective action. At Bio Usawa, we remain committed to supporting Rwanda’s health agenda and working alongside partners to deliver sustainable impact for communities across the country.
