At the Rwanda Global Gateway Investment Roadshow this week, our CEO & President Dr. Menghis Bairu joined leaders from government, development finance institutions, and industry to discuss the future of health and pharmaceutical investment in Rwanda.
Speaking at a high-level panel on Wednesday, Dr. Bairu stressed why the time is now for Africa to build its own biologics manufacturing capacity — not only to improve access to life-saving therapies, but also to strengthen health security, scientific innovation, and industrial growth across the continent.

Rwanda continues to demonstrate that with aligned leadership, regulatory partnership, and strategic investment, Africa can become a global hub for high-value biomanufacturing.
